1. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/p>

The services provided consist of private strategic insight sessions and advisory engagements focused on decision-making clarity, perception, and discernment.<\/p>

These services are not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or psychological treatment.<\/p>

All sessions are intended as reflective and strategic support only.<\/p>

2. Booking & Payment<\/strong><\/p>

All sessions must be paid in full prior to confirmation.<\/p>

Payment confirms the booking.<\/p>

Without payment, the session is not considered scheduled.<\/p>

3. No Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Due to the nature of the services and the limited availability of sessions, all payments are non-refundable.<\/p>

Rescheduling may be possible with at least 48 hours\u2019 notice.<\/p>

4. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential.<\/p>

No content of sessions will ever be disclosed without explicit consent.<\/p>

5. Client Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>

Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.<\/p>

No guarantee of specific results is provided.<\/p>

Sessions provide clarity and perspective, not predetermined outcomes.<\/p>

6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

The service provider shall not be held liable for decisions made by the client following a session.<\/p>

By booking a session, the client acknowledges full personal responsibility.<\/p>

7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>

All session materials, insights, and content remain the intellectual property of the service provider.<\/p>

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.<\/p>

8. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>
